No. Exovey is software that lets hotels and car rental businesses present their own offers to fair exhibitors. It is not the official partner of any fair; fair names are used for identification only.

Fair and exhibitor records are imported by the Exovey team from public sources whose access and use terms allow it, and stored with their source.

No. Being on a public list is not consent to be contacted. Consent or legal basis, İYS and objection records are checked at send time for every recipient; ineligible recipients are not emailed.

No. Exovey collects offer enquiries; your own process completes the booking and payment.

Your business’s, from your verified domain. Exovey never sends in its own name or with a fake sender.

Yes. Each business reaches the same fair’s exhibitors from its own workspace with its own offer. The two businesses’ data is kept separate.

The action that would exceed it is refused and shown in the panel. Talk to us about extra sends or a higher plan.

Yes. Take the stay dates from the fair calendar and show on the offer page whether set-up and tear-down days are included.

No. Room types without a price show “price on request” on the page.

The Chain plan covers up to 10 properties in one account; each property can publish its own offer pages.

No. The offer shows the class and an example model, always written as “or similar”.

Enter an extra fee for each pickup and return point. Empty shows “not stated”, 0 shows “free”.

Yes. Minimum driver age, minimum licence years and a chauffeur option are shown on the offer page.

Stand campaigns also reach the previous edition's exhibitors. Your text never presents their participation as confirmed; it says "if you are exhibiting again". Once the new list is published you can follow up with confirmed exhibitors.

Exhibitors in country pavilions such as the German Pavilion get their stand from the pavilion organiser, so they are not part of stand campaigns.

To protect recipients, an exhibitor receives at most 2 emails from all stand builders together in 30 days. That is why an early, well-prepared offer matters.

No. Some venues do not allow outside catering or only work with contracted caterers. The Exovey team checks each venue's rule at the source; catering campaigns are not sent for editions without a confirmed permission.

Headcount, number of days, preferred delivery time and the hall / stand number if known. You confirm price and order; Exovey takes no payments.
